Tomato salsa (homemade or store bought)
Mince beef (optional)
Making the guacamole:
Mash the avocado and add a squeeze of lemon. Chop the tomato into small pieces, chop the onion into small pieces (Tip: put on swimming goggles to stop your eyes from stinging when cutting onion). Mix the tomato, onion and avocado together. Put in the fridge and save for later.
Making the nachos:
Mix the kidney beans with the salsa. Cook the meat until it is grey. Mix the meat, kidney beans and salsa together. Get a large oven tray and fill the bottom with corn chips, sprinkle on some water. Add the salsa bean meat mix, add cheese, add a sprinkle of water. Top with corn chips and cheese and add water. Cook until the corn chips have gone brown on the ends and the cheese has melted.
Cut a piece of the nacho dish and put it on a plate, top with the guacamole, sour cream and cheese. Enjoy!
I like this dish because it is easy and quick, it is also dangerously delicious!
