The problem with buying a trail mix from the supermarket is that you don't know what is in it but when you make your own you know exactly what you are putting in.
dried super berries (pomegranate, cranberries, goji berry)
little bite sized things (blackcurrants and chia, sultanas, yoghurt bites)
put all the ingredients into a zip lock bag shake it around and store it in a dry place.
look at this trail mix (below) chocolate, salty crisps, those are things that will just make you dehydrated and they are not good for you! So stick to the tasty healthy trail mix.
