Buddha Tears (optional)
rice malt syrup
jasmine tea (optional)
Pour hot water in a mug and add your Buddha tears, while you are waiting for your Buddha tears to open cut the strawberries into small cubes and peel the pomegranate. Add more hot water, add the ice to the mug, with a garlic crusher, crush two strawberries to get juice and put the juice in the mug. Add more ice and drizzle some rice malt syrup into the drink and stir, put more ice in, put the strawberries and pomegranate in. Know you can think clearly and happily!
WHY IS IT GOOD FOR YOU?
Pomegranate: it has antioxidants, it has vitamin C, it has a source of iron and it has polyphenol antioxidants
strawberries: are a fruit which is good for you, has 2% iron, 1% calcium and 97% vitamin C
Jasmine: has loads of antioxidants and it's aroma helps with well being and calms your mind.
Green tea: helps reduce risk of cancer, helps with weight loss, helps your brain function, has loads of antioxidants and nutrition.
Buddha tears: lighter taste, same health benefits as green tea.
