chocolate (dark, white or milk)

put the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and add two teaspoons of water, put the chocolate in the microwave for 1 minute then take out and stir, put the chocolate back in the microwave for 1 minute and then take out and stir. Pour the chocolate into the cupcake cases and then stick a spoon in it and cover in sprinkles, marshmallows or whatever cool topping you like, put them in the freezer for 2 hours or wait for them to harden at room temperature (not recommended in hot places).
These are great for a cute Easter treat!
